Worst vet clinic in Pueblo they overcharge for BS and add on a bunch of extra charges for no reason. They don't even care about their patients. The only way to get quality care from them is to personally know and be friends with the Doctors.

I have been a customer of Mesa Clinic for many years. They have helped me get through some very difficult times. My dog just recently had some issues that, at her age, could be a problem and I needed a Veterinarian to tell me she is fine. The female person that answered the phone and informed me that I could not get an appointment for months did not respond in the friendly manner that she should have. I am very disappointed in the service that I received over the phone, especially from a person that is being paid to handle an upset customer. I have had Mesa vet clinic for a number of years and this review is based on the availability of MVC to provide yearly exams for my pets, staff mainly scheduling , phone system, parking and the total "transaction" instead of a personal relationship established with a caretaker of your family member(pet). This review is not a reflection of the veterinarians at this clinic because they are outstanding. You will find your "pet" will be scheduled for a yearly exam a year out, regardless of when they need to be seen there is no exception to this rule and although they have a "emergency urgent care", I asked if I could pay the urgent care fee to... read full review
