Not only is he an artist, who is excellent at what he does and far more up-to date on the current styles than I could ever hope to be, but he's also extremely kind and warm. We get to spend a day a month with someone who takes a legitimate interest in our lives, and when we leave there we look gorgeous and expensive.

He also knows I'm not going to mess with my hair when I leave his line of sight so he's excellent about giving me something that's going to look great despite me.

The last and final thing, and this is something I've always had trouble finding in a hairdresser, but he listens when I talk and makes adjustments when I'm not happy. He's not a mind reader and any hairdresser might head in the wrong direction but he listens to feedback so that's close enough.

In any case, Swift is a wonderful stylist and we never see anyone else. I'd recommend him to anybody.“
