“My 2 girls (5 and 1 in a half) see Dr. Lorraine Carroll. When we were first looking for a pediatrician when we became first time parents, we were lost and ultimately decided on Dr. Carroll. This was one of our best decisions! For the past 5 years, she has been phenomenal! She is always so reassuring and answers all our questions and concerns. Our oldest loves going to Dr. Carroll and is always so excited when she gets to see her (even when she has to get shots). Dr. Carroll is also very supportive with nursing. She understands the difficulties of it and does not push formula feeding immediately. So long as she does not have any serious concerns, she will encourage you to nurse as long as you want and understands the benefits of nursing. Dr. Carroll does so well with both of our daughters and I could not recommend her more!Her nurse, Dorothy, is just as amazing and so attentive to both of our girls. She is always so informative and reassuring. She always engages with our daughters and is always so respectful and sweet.If you are a new time parent and are at a loss, as we were when we became parents, please take comfort in this review saying Dr. Carroll is a great option and you WILL NOT be disappointed with her services.“

“My 94 year old Mom went into the ER after falling and hitting her head and fracturing her C2. The triage nurse Alanna was kind and treated my mom with dignity and respect. Kudos! Her main RN Alyssa took care of my mom as though she was taking care of her own mother. She was friendly and answered all my many questions. This was her first day in the renovated portion of the ER. She was still finding her way but took the time to really take my mother under her wing. Thank you both for being wonderful human beings. Only one sour note was the Lady at the Valet who made us wait over a half an hour with my mom waiting in her wheel chair before she got our car. She put many people ahead of us when we had already given our ticket to her. My recommendation would be to replace her. She had a sour attitude...........One STAR“

“They took great care of my daughter. We came in with a very urgent matter and as soon as I got done with paperwork they got her back and fixed up. They were busy but ensured my child received prompt and professional care. The nurses and receptionist were very nice and helpful the entire time. The doctor is great, he is nice and will listen to his patients concerns and symptoms. I am very lucky I came across this urgent care during this time.
