I recently moved from Florida to Pueblo Colorado. I live near the montebello office and was looking for a family medicine doctor. I saw Dr. Kay. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated like family. Everyone I encountered was wonderful and Kind. I had to have some blood work done and again, was treated like family. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Hynes and his staff are excellent. Dr Hynes is an insightful, caring and talented person. You will be thankful for his care and professional approach with his kind bedside manner!

Amazing facility, great place to have medication assisted recovery, your primary doctor, and mental health all in one building. Staff is pleasant and helpful, I have NEVER been disappointed. They really care about your health and progress. First place I was actually HEARD in this town and not; frankly treated like dirt like at other "Healthcare Facilities" in this town. Can't sing their praise enough!

Currently we offer the following services: family medicine, immunizations/vaccinations, diabetes counseling, wound care, and wellness exams including sports physicals, well child exams, and women's health.
