I arrived at the hospital with severe kidney pain, fever, the staff was very urgent and got me in very quickly. The lady at intake was very professional and caring. I got back into the room and rich put my iv in and it didn’t hurt at all. They gave me all the fluids I needed and gave me medication for the severe pain. The nurse Morgan was very helpful and very careful when moving the iv lines. She assisted me every time I called in a timely manner. They were very fast with the testing and figured out what was wrong with me very quickly. The cat scan guy was very cool and made the experience way better. Excellent hospital with staff that care and know what their doing been helped with 2 surgeries and are getting me back to feeling better within time wish all other places were like this one they genuinely care about people.
This is a clean hospital staffed by caring caregivers. It's a level 111 trauma center so it does get busy. I received expert care here, after receiving worst care anywhere (VA). I particularly want to give five stars to Mr. Dominick, EMT. I am a hard stick . This gentleman got my iv in in less than a second with no pain. Everybody here treated me like I mattered. I really appreciate, Dominick and everyone else. It's nice to have better than competent care.
