Retired couple needed 30 amp outlet for RV placed on our home. I called In-Phase on a Friday and requested a bid, spoke with Jerry who said he would see me Monday or Tuesday, it was Monday. Jerry told me that he would send someone over in the next day or two, it was the next day and Andrew had the outlet up and running in less than and hour. Yes this was not a big job, but the customer service I received was unbelievable for this area. Both Jerry and Andrew were very knowledgeable about their trade and I feel that Andrew could have done a lot less to make me as pleased as I am, felt like he was doing it the way he would want someone do it for him.
