“Long time customer, have always had great service and few issues. I will sometimes miss putting my trash cans out before the drivers gets to my house, and our driver always looks inside the cans (which are set aside) and will empty them even if they aren't out yet. This week we had birds get into a can and make a mess, and Mike (driver) told me to let him get the mess cleaned up. He then got out of his truck and helped pick it all up and put my cans back to the side. This is really appreciated and not part of his job. It's so nice to see that he cares about his customers and people on the route.“
