However, communication can be lacking at times, especially regarding warranty issues. Overall, they deliver good landscape services with friendly support.
Great work, but communication around the project is lacking. And, once I tried to get plants changed out that died as part of the warranty there was no response to any of my messages.
Taylor Brothers was great to work with. I even boogered my part and they were super understanding and helpful. The install went great and Guy offered some advice that was realistic and just super helpful! Yard looks great minus my dogs thinking that turf is a toy… ha. Thanks Taylor Brothers!
