Never fun when your computer fails. Although I could hear fans running and my USB ports were still charging, the display was blank. I thought the motherboard was dead. Brought it into UbreakiFix hoping for the best. The store manager (Jose) was courteous and told me it may take a couple of days. Two days later I got a call and everything was working! Turns out the power supply died. Thankful is was a simple fix. I would use them again if I have any trouble with my laptop, desktop, phones or iPad. BTW, the tech Logan also did a great job!
I went into the store in Castle Rock today and worked with Sumner on a network connectivity issue. He was very kind and accommodating and didn’t even charge me. I will come back for future computer/phone issues/
