Garth was so helpful with everything and a pleasure to work with! When he found out it was my phone and not the battery, he took the extra time to help me get a new phone on the way and even speak with Verizon to confirm all was set for me. I appreciate him!!
FYI, this repair wasn’t in-store, it was at our location. Excellent experience with a courteous and knowledgeable tech who repaired the cracked screen on my phone in about 15 minutes. She was great, the service was great, and I’m very happy.
