My daughters and I went to the Springs a few weeks ago. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff Christina Martinez in particular was very helpful and friendly. She was very informative about showing us what to do. I recommend the Springs to anyone wanting a friendly atmosphere. Christina Martinez also made sure we got the best experience possible.Noteworthy details: 5 stars
Only did a day trip so can't comment on the rooms but the resort and pools were great. Staff were fantastic and Ariana, who served us, was the epitome of professionalism. A very pleasant and relaxing day. The Arctic plunge is a must and the lead on that, I forget her name unfortunately, was also fantastic.
My Husband and I were there a while ago and the lady Christina Martinez at the front desk was amazing! We had a banking issue and she had patients with us while we were on the phone trying to get this situation handled. She had the patients of a saint! Customer service was beyond expectations. She googled our bank info and gave us phone numbers and was there to help us! Absolutely amazing! The pools once we got in were amazing! Stunning views and not to crowded! Give this place a try! And if you see Christina there tell her the Herbster’s say HELLO!!
