Excellent place, my only complaint, I requested the room for 1 pm and they gave us almost 3 pm, very tired from the trip, I fell asleep in the waiting room. The heater in the room was very noisy.
Service was great with a positive, friendly vibe. We stayed in the bunk house. Bunk house has two bedrooms, master suite with a king bed and guest room with queen bed and rustic bunk beds. Kitchen, living room and bathroom.The main pool was 85 degrees, hot spring in back was 95 and the private spring was 111. Main pool was great for my kids.Water smells like sulphur and feels great.Nearby activities: Park, hot springs in San Juan riverWalkability: You can walk to the resort next door, to a park across the river and nearby food places. It’s in downtown pagosa.
I haven’t stayed there personally, but purchased a massage package as a gift and the customer service was incredible!! They went above and beyond to provide me with all the information needed and sent more information along with the certificate. I cannot say enough good things about the staff there, super helpful, kind and attentive.
