Over the years I’ve dealt with significant physical trauma—broken ribs, bone spurs, nerve pain, a neck injury, and, most recently, three years of chronic back pain due mostly to falling in a ditch & poor posture. Because of this, I deeply appreciate everything Shaylene brings to her work. Her understanding of anatomy, her skilled massage techniques, her thoughtful use of essential oils, and her personalized stretching guidance have all made a tremendous difference in my strength and mobility.

Ryan is professional, punctual, pleasant, takes care to clean and extract well. So our carpet is dry by evening, even the stairs, but we were able to walk on it with care and shoe covers within 2 hours. Our older plush pile looks SO good, and the love seat/fold out bed no longer smells like Pagosa dust. Worth every penny for my grandkids to play on clean carpet.

They were very helpful on navigating the process from selecting product to dealing with the HOA. They did a beautiful job and completed it in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.
If I could gift more than 5 star, I absolutely would! Incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry. Same day response. Had references and properties to look at for example. Had our new fence stained. Samples of stain were provided prior to staining. Incredibly kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, conscious of landscaping and property protection, exceptional quality of work. Fence took about 4-5 hours to complete a full new stain job. Cedar privacy fencing & cedar split rail - natural oil stain. It looks amazing, we love it! Incredibly happy and satisfied with our stain job! Would highly recommend Dominic & Patrick! They TRULY went above and beyond! We will 110% have them back for any other staining or painting jobs and keep them in mind for other various projects as well! When in Pagosa Springs, especially after soaking in the springs you are most likely to be sunburned like me and my wife. The resort offer services but we ended up going to Lora at Pagosa skin Therapy and we received personalized care and she really cared about her craft, her products were tried and true after her 24yrs in the industry and we will be going back. I recommend anyone to go to her and you won’t be disappointed!

Was a wonderful experience! I have never been to a Hot springs before. With so many pools to choose from, you never felt crowded or or packed in . Christina Martinez made us feel welcome. She was an absolute delight. Our room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation

Today, they continue to care for Twinkie, Taz, and Tiko, and it’s clear our pets are more than just appointments on a schedule. Twinkie is practically a celebrity there, and it’s obvious how much the staff truly adore him. That kind of connection means everything to us as pet parents.

My husband and I booked back to back massages with Heart 2 Heart while on vacation in Pagosa Springs. Deni was amazing - personable, understanding, and intuitive with her massages. My husband is a below-knee amputee and deals with a lot of pain in his leg, his hip, and his back. After talking with my husband about his massage needs, Deni provided just the right therapeutic touch. He left with a release of pressure and pain in those spots and a feeling of overall relaxation.
