Staff was very nice but unfortunately that was the only nice thing about this place. I feel like we were catfished from the photos online. The pool was dirty and things were broken and outdated. The place looked like a run-down motel and it felt 100% like it. The cabins probably were very nice at one point when new but were run down and old now. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it covered up with wood colored duck tape, the microwave handle was hot glued back on, and the bedroom had no ventilation and was very hot. For the price, I was very disappointed and would rather pay the extra money to stay next door at the other hot springs resort.

This is THE best hot springs resort in Pagosa. Very low key, quiet, the waters of varying temps are absolutely wonderful. I love the hot spring swimming pool the most. Staff here is super friendly! I highly recommend for anyone going to Pagosa Springs!

Property was older but well kept up and pleasantly clean. Huge shoutout to the wonderful staff who made it a delight to stay. Throughly enjoyed the waters. Would stay again.

I like their indoor bathhouse and their reasonable price. I recommend this, specially when not staying overnight.
