He then asked Emily her thoughts ,they both collaborated and explained everything to me and gave me my choice. I respect the fact that the Dentist trusts his workers to hear their thinking. They both came up with the best and safe plan of action for me and made sure I understood all my options. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a Dentist for their family. “I cannot say enough about the Rathburn Dental Office. They are so Amazing!!! My daughter (18) has been going for a few years now. We found Dr Rathburn’s office after my daughter experienced a traumatic incident at Young Dentistry in Louisville when she was younger. It took a couple years to find a dental hygienist that she trusted to even look at her teeth. The team at Rathburn Dental, especially Abby have been so wonderful and patient!!! From the moment you come into the office Shelly greets you and is happy to help. Abby (dental hygienist) is so amazing!!! So patient, compassionate and understanding!!! I don’t know how she does it but she is so very kind and really seems to understand my daughter’s situation! Always has my daughter’s best interest and trust. Every visit they work with her, explaining the process and insuring her that she makes the choice if she needs to stop or needs a break. Again wonderful office and would highly recommend!“

“I have been on the search for a new dentist for a year or so and I'm happy to say I found my place. I had some pain caused by an abscessed tooth right before the Christmas holidays. I called around and Dr Kurt's office was able to get me in that same day and then on the books for a root canal a few days later after being on some antibiotics they prescribed.

I couldn't believe how nice it was of them to squeeze me in such short notice right before Christmas. I really didn't want to go to some corporate dental practice. Wanted a nice family owned practice that I can trust, and can use going forward. Dr Kurt and his son are amazing! I am even more stoked that they can do so many things in office and not have to refer you out for services like root canals etc.

The staff has been so amazing. Super friendly, and great at calming to my nerves about the procedures I had to have done. Explaining everything and being sympathetic to my nervousness. I will be getting my husband and kiddos transferred over to Dr Kurt asap!“
