I had the misfortune and misguidance of receiving poor dental work abroad. The damage the dentist did to my teeth was borderline malpractice. I went to Dr. Keene at the recommendation of a family member who spoke highly of his professionalism and skill. Within one hour, I had a plan for the recovery of my mouth, and within one week, I was on my way to healing. The calmness and amazing bedside manner of Dr. Keene and his team were as important to note as their ability to tackle an unusual situation and Dr. Keene's immediate assessment of what needed to be done. Keene Smiles provides a very friendly, caring atmosphere -- all the way from the receptionist, to the hygienist to the dentist. And nobody is in a hurry. They ALL were very thorough and followed through on every detail, whether it was helping figure out insurance or the state of your teeth.And it feels genuine.

My first visit was very efficient from check-in to check-out. Every step was fully explained and I was given choices on optional treatments. Dr, Keene is very friendly and the staff was kind. I recommend him highly.
