“After purchasing a Hot Tub for our back yard we needed to prepare the space to install it and we were referred to Nancy at TLC.

While we were originally just planning on putting down the concrete pad, a discussion with Nancy helped us realize it could be so much more!

In the end TLC replaced our dilapidated retaining wall, put in a color-keyed pad for the Hot Tub, and installed an amazing flagstone patio surrounded by fresh turf grass.

They were extremely helpful throughout the project, listening to any and all preferences we had. Not to mention that her team had incredible attention to detail and made this a turn key project all the way down to the adjustment of the sprinkler system.

After a major excavation project to build some “flat” space at my house, I quickly realized I needed a grass solution asap. Being right in the middle of June I knew I was late to the game. Many folks didn’t even call me back. Other than some initial issues with not receiving emails for the estimate (a technical problem on their end), RJ was responsive and helpful. He even brought me samples of artificial turf to my work so I could make a quick decision. Install was done with care and I feel confident in the quality of work we ended up with. There were two areas I thought needed attention and RJ came out quickly to resolve those minor issues. I didn’t have enough time to shop pricing so I don’t know how he compares on that front - but it’s worth noting he underestimated the amount of sod needed and didn’t ask me to pay for the extra since we already had a signed agreement. That kind of integrity goes a long way and is exactly why I like to do business locally. Give GW a shot!“
