I went for PT after an S-I Joint fusion in my lower back, my wife also went there for rehab after an Achilles repair surgery. She worked up a personalized plan for me and my other physical limitations (multiple back surgeries and fusions, and worn-out knees) and printed them out for continued workouts from home.
