edward was willing to work with my home warranty company when my furnace stopped heating properly. This was unusual and very appreciated because many HVAC contractors would not take the job once they heard a warranty company was involved. After giving me a fair and competitive quote, the heating crew arrived the next morning in Monument to install a new furnace and related equipment. The two technicians were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. They finished the furnace installation the same day, checked the airflow, thermostat, and venting, and made sure the whole heating system was running smoothly before they left. everything is working very well, and i have been pleased with the comfort in my house. i would gladly recommend them for furnace repair, replacement, and other heating service.
We have used them for many years since a neighbor first recommended them, and I truly have no complaints. They have helped with our furnace and heating system from routine maintenance to explaining repair options clearly and patiently. Most recently, Edward was here and was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to about the work that was needed. We also have a maintenance agreement, which has been very helpful for keeping our furnace running safely and efficiently through the colder months. The team has always been dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and they take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend...read full review
I’m very happy with the new HVAC system installed by Ruben, Edward, and the team. While I was comparing replacement options, they explained everything clearly and gave me the details I needed to compare equipment, efficiency, and overall value. They were honest about the different systems available, including higher priced units with extra features, and helped me choose a high-end setup that made the most sense without paying a lot more for only small performance gains. After the installation, we noticed the improvement right away. The air conditioning cools the house much faster, the indoor temperature stays more even, and the system doesn’t have to run constantly...read full review
