Shout out to Jonathan Rosales (salesman) and Ricardo Torres (finances). The wife and I went car shopping but didn't think the first one we drove and looked at would be the one we bought. We did look at other vehicles to make sure we were making a wise decision and while Jonathan was all set to get us started, when we put gentle brakes on the pending sale, he was very understanding and accepting. But when we came back he joked that he knew we would be! All the paperwork with Ricardo was as quick painless as it can be when you apply for financing. We had searched everywhere including Kansas, Phoenix, Oklahoma trying to find a replacement for the Denali that had been totaled in an accident on 9/18. As a last ditch effort I searched on Cargurus and this beauty came up and was only 10 minutes from my house. Thanks to Shawna Mills I now have my new Denali.
