Shout out to Jonathan Rosales (salesman) and Ricardo Torres (finances). The wife and I went car shopping but didn't think the first one we drove and looked at would be the one we bought. We did look at other vehicles to make sure we were making a wise decision and while Jonathan was all set to get us started, when we put gentle brakes on the pending sale, he was very understanding and accepting. But when we came back he joked that he knew we would be! All the paperwork with Ricardo was as quick painless as it can be when you apply for financing. Great team and I will look to Turner when it comes time for another vehicle.

We had searched everywhere including Kansas, Phoenix, Oklahoma trying to find a replacement for the Denali that had been totaled in an accident on 9/18. As a last ditch effort I searched on Cargurus and this beauty came up and was only 10 minutes from my house. Thanks to Shawna Mills I now have my new Denali. I highly recommend checking out Turner if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

If you want to be robbed, go to Turner Automotive. The service manager Carlton Mason charged me just shy of $2600 for a water pump replacement when I supplied the new water pump; $2393.60 of labor to "diagnose" the issue. I am a single mom and my retired parents had to front me the money to pick up my car after he suggested I take out a loan through their dealership to pay for it all. On top of that, he told me he would be there when I arrived to pick it up and purposefully locked the car in the service bay and turned his phone off and left work. I had to get the sales team to get it out of the bay. After driving for two hours and paying almost $2600. Now, of course, Turner Automotive shunned me and wouldn't answer my calls until I blasted them all over community message boards on Facebook. They then offered to deduct $200 and some changed off the labor costs. I didn't even respond to their follow up text messages about a week later after then service date / Facebook posts, as it was an insulting and an egregiously small discount; the national standards set by the automotive industry are a fraction of the costs for that type of labor. My car has been making weird noises since I got it back from them but I don't have the funds to get that diagnosed and, frankly, I have PTSD about dealerships / mechanic work from this entire experience. Would not recommend these guys to anyone under any circumstances - better to get your high school neighbor to tinker on your car than bring it to Turner Auto. I also would like to note that this occurred in Feb of 2025 and I am still getting Facebook friend requests and LinkedIn notifications from employees at Turner Auto. Downright creepy!

A salesman named Osbaldo Perez sent a vehicle packet information link with photos attached. Looks like they alter/edit photos?? Hard to trust a dealership when I see something like this, feels very deceptive. Does this dealership only have one salesperson? He seems to lack communication skills, which I dislike very much when attempting to make a large purchase. The sales manager Sean takes forever to respond also. These people are not very good at their jobs. I would never recommend them. Go elsewhere.

I found my forever salesman when I went to Turner to look at a used vehicle. Ricardo was incredibly professional and patient and I wound up purchasing a new Chevy Tahoe Premier and I couldn't be more please with my choice. We put our Tahoe to the test with a 3,000 mile drive and I'm incredible happy with my decision to purchase my Tahoe. Thank you, Ricardo.
