From learning about stoves, best placement in our house, proper flue height, draft concerns, to maintenance of the stove, it has been going well. Carson has always been considerate and responsive. The day of the install, there were some small hitches, but the lead installer, Nate L., managed it well, and delighted tasks as needed. It was a 3 man crew and they all worked in unison. This was the third store I contacted before purchasing a new wood stove. Everything went flawlessly from the minute I walked in the store to finishing the install. Great communication from Carson, thanks to Nate for his A game on the install and attention to detail.

We have enjoyed our experience with everyone that we have worked with at Stove Depot, from the moment we walked in to discuss our need for a stove all the way through the install. Install team was very kind and polite. They were in an out very fast and we can’t wait to enjoy our new stove this winter.
