I hurt my back while moving several 280# iron beams by myself during construction of a 3 story steel building for both residence and shop. The first night I cried tears of pain and started a steady diet of pursuing chiropractic treatment on a daily basis for the first several months, twice a day on occasions, always in severe constant pain. My left leg from knee to ankle was totally numb and I had difficulty walking. This was May of 2017. By 2020 I had regained most of the feeling in my leg and was down to 2 & sometimes 3 sessions per week but still in constant horrific pain.
