I wanted to let folks know what a great product Kopper Creek puts out. I was amazed at the quality and the attention to detail that their modular homes Offered. On top of that, we had such a great experience working with their whole team...KC, Cayttie, and Tracy. They listened, worked with us, and were all of high character. I would highly recommend visiting with them if you are looking to build.

After learning that building our new home on-site was going to cost at least $600/sq foot, our good friends suggested working with KC and Caytte, owners of Kopper Creek Building. Based on their recommendation we moved forward, finding them and their entire staff incredibly professional, supportive and very easy to work with on just a large and personal project. With an idea in mind, we were led through the design phase with extremely helpful suggestions, teamwork and patience at every step and ended up with just the house we wanted at all levels.
