Dirk's German Car Repair

Took our BMW X1 in with a check engine light. Turned out to be a bit of a problem with the fancy valve timing advancement system. Long story short, it turned into a bit of a nightmare. Dirk was able to finally get the repair completed. I can guarantee this was one of those jobs he absolutely did not make any profit on. While most shops would have bilked us for thousands in labor, Dirks professionalism and integrity shown through and he completed the job and billed us what I would consider exceptionally fair.
Highly recommended for honesty and exceptional customer service.

I recently had my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S serviced at Dirk's German Car Repair, and the experience was outstanding!!

The appointment was scheduled promptly, they were ready when promised, and the work was completed professionally and efficiently. They performed the oil service, installed my side markers, and took care of a few other small items that needed attention.

What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were very particular about the work and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly rather than rushing through the job. We were traveling through the area in our Volkswagen Eurovan when we suddenly had shaking in the engine. It was the weekend and we had the vehicle towed to Dirks and he promptly looked at it on Monday morning.
Once the problem was figured out he ordered parts which came in the day after and we were back on the road by the end of the day.

I feel that Dirk was very competent and we really appreciated him working us into his schedule. The cost of his service was quite reasonable. From my experience I would highly recommend him for work on German automobiles.
