We were traveling through the area in our Volkswagen Eurovan when we suddenly had shaking in the engine. It was the weekend and we had the vehicle towed to Dirks and he promptly looked at it on Monday morning.
Once the problem was figured out he ordered parts which came in the day after and we were back on the road by the end of the day.

I feel that Dirk was very competent and we really appreciated him working us into his schedule. The cost of his service was quite reasonable. From my experience I would highly recommend him for work on German automobiles.

The best!!! Living in a rural area meant the possibility of a trip to Denver for service on my 2015 MB ML350. Then I found Dirk. Extremely knowledgeable about European makes and knew everything and more about my vehicle. Performed my B3 service promptly and his professionalism far surpassed dealer service. He's a godsend!
