“Took our BMW X1 in with a check engine light. Turned out to be a bit of a problem with the fancy valve timing advancement system. Long story short, it turned into a bit of a nightmare. Dirk was able to finally get the repair completed. I can guarantee this was one of those jobs he absolutely did not make any profit on. While most shops would have bilked us for thousands in labor, Dirks professionalism and integrity shown through and he completed the job and billed us what I would consider exceptionally fair.
