Most then went ahead and simply cut it their way...totally disregarding my wishes.....that is, until I found Karal. Not only does she listen to your wants, she then proceeds to cut your hair exactly to your instructions. If she sees a possible different solution your concern, she will mention it and only change if you so indicate.Karal is fabulous and easily becomes your best friend.
