Betsy was nice to tint my brows without me having an app. for that - I appreciated that. What I do not appreciate was that she cut my hair way too short on the top after I repeatedly explained that I did NOT want it short on the top. And she also did not heed my request for a feathery finish below on the neck line - I am so angry - now I have to let it grow out again for several months! SO unnecessary. She did not apologize and charged me full price after I clearly stated that she cut it too short.
I had a great experience on my first visit to Hair Sensations. I felt like I had been going there for years they made me feel at home and I will certainly use them from this first haircut and forward. Best haircut I've had in a very long time.
