She's always asked me to be honest about what I want, how it's looking, and how it turned out, and when we had some issues with a set drying oddly, she cleaned my nails up and started over. Be ready/willing to wait, they are a small but mighty staff and I've experienced some delays in the past but the results have been worth it.“
