The friendly, knowledgeable team is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Dr. Maples has been serving the Loveland community for almost a decade. The new office has a great overlook of Lake Loveland, and the staff is consistently great. Patients have been with West Lake Dental for around 6 years and plan to continue visiting. The entire staff is professional and helpful, providing meticulous work and ensuring patients are 100% comfortable. The office has a rock-solid COVID protocol, and the dental hygienist staff is incredible. Patients highly recommend Dr. Maples for any and all dental needs.
I have been on the search for a new dentist for a year or so and I'm happy to say I found my place. I had some pain caused by an abscessed tooth right before the Christmas holidays. I called around and Dr Kurt's office was able to get me in that same day and then on the books for a root canal a few days later after being on some antibiotics they prescribed.
I couldn't believe how nice it was of them to squeeze me in such short notice right before Christmas. I really didn't want to go to some corporate dental practice. I am a 78 year old woman who has always taken good care of my teeth. I had my usual semi annual teeth cleaning on January 8, 2026. Jodi was the hygienist on duty that day and she was very caring and careful of my variety of past dental work. At this appointment, I met Dr. Wyatt Knechtel. He gave my teeth a thorough exam, has an excellent bedside manner and is also handsome!
My family and I have been patients of Dr Kurt Knechtel for almost 20 years. He and his son Wyatt, who recently joined him in his practice have treated us for an array of dental issues and we have always been confident in their clinical skills, expertise and state of the art dental care. As a retired healthcare professional, I know how critical dental and oral health are to one's general health, so having a highly competent dentist is as important to me as my primary care and medical specialists.
