Had a great experience with Tri-City for installation of a new heat pump and furnace. They were responsive and accommodating during initial estimates (Richard), the install team (Dean, Alex, & Brandon) did a great job, and when we noticed some noise from an intake duct, they quickly responded to come out and help resolve the issue (Melvin). Would highly recommend their services!
The Tri-City installation team (Brandon and company) were excellent. They worked closely with us to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked well together and also ensured we fully understood how to use/operate the system before leaving.
Fantastic experience all around. The Tri-City team took their time explaining everything, keeping me up to speed in the project, the systems, and they were professional and courteous from start to finish.
