Total Home Inspection Services has been providing Loveland residents with quality home inspections for over six years. In addition to home inspections we provide a wide range of environmental testing including Mold, Radon, VOCs, and Formaldehyde. I have over 15 years of experience and background in the industry. My home inspections typically last at least three hours depending on the size of the home and systems to be inspected. You are not required to be present during the inspection, but I encourage you to attend and follow along with me.

Steven was great to work with. We called on very late notice and him and his team were able to come out next day. Despite the late notice he was incredibly thorough and took a lot of time after he was finished yo go over everything in detail and answer all my questions. If I ever need another inspection I'll be calling him again.
