I was having an intermittent issue with my Subaru. I’d taken it first to a big-name chain mechanic, who told me it would cost $9000 and require a whole transmission. I took my vehicle to Stan’s for a second opinion and saved $8400. If I’d taken the first shop’s advice, I’d have been out thousands of dollars and the original issue still wouldn’t have been fixed. Stan’s took the time to drive my car again and again until they could recreate the intermittent problem and correctly identify it. They genuinely wanted to help me, not just sell me something. I’ll definitely be back.
