Both Haylee and Alexa are both so personable, knowledgeable, friendly and don’t judge. I was scared and ashamed to show my body, both are very professional and treat you with kindness and respect. I’ve started to see changes within 3 sessions, definitely worth a try if you can. It’s exciting to see because exercise alone has not been enough. Thank you ladies, for everything! 🥰
