Incredibly responsive and professional. We had a water emergency on a Sunday and though the work couldn’t be done until Monday (per parts being ordered), the owner texted with us all day to help us mitigate the damage and showed up first thing Monday morning.
Rock Solid came out to service our AC unit in the basement, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Bill and Joe were both knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. They clearly knew their stuff and explained everything in a way we could understand. It's clear Rock Solid has a great team. We'd definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!
I called Rock Solid Plumbing Heating and Air first thing in the morning because I found a water leak the night prior. They were at my home before noon and fixed it quickly for much less than I expected. They were professional and left the area where the work was done clean. I wont hesitate to call them again if I need a plumber.
