After my eye exam, the prescription glasses they fitted for me did not work at all—my vision was worse. From the beginning, I was very clear in what I needed for glasses (for work and home) and after the exam expressed concerns that the fit and prescription did not feel right with my vision being worse, but those concerns were largely dismissed. This is a mix review as I found myself liking the doctor but not their office policies and regulation. I had made an appointment for my annual exam and I showed up at their Fort Collins location ( where I have been going for years prior to change of ownership), but I found out that my appointment was at their Loveland office. So, I made a new appointment since there wasn’t sufficient time to drive from Fort Collins to Loveland. My second appointment went well and I purchased a new pair of glasses but they charged me an additional $40.00 for missing my 1st appointment. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Star was professional. He even double checked my prescription after dilating my eyes and I made a comment about how my eyes felt less near sighted than usual. This was my first time here, I would recommend this place.
