My wife and had our A/C stop working and due to the possible issue (capacitor) I did not feel comfortable with that repair myself. The turn time from contact to arrival was fast, Christian was professional and thorough, and they were able to use the part I had on hand to complete the repair and get us going again. I will be utilizing them in the future going forward for maintenance and repairs. Excellent experience.
I have been a customer of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and I have to highly commend the A/C technician David, who serviced my A/C unit today. I have had many technicians in my years with One Hour , but David was the BEST technician by far. His service was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable , and thorough! He taught me information about my unit I had never heard before and took the time to explain it in laymen terms and was easy to understand. Both the inside and outside units were cleaned thoroughly. He went above and beyond to develop trust in the One Hour relationship , so we felt it was an easy decision to renew the one year contract...read full review
