Mountain States Driver's Education Inc.

I want to recognize Michelle for the excellent customer service she provided. I was not very happy with the situation when I initially reached out, but Michelle handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and respect. She took the time to listen, understand where I was coming from, and respond in a kind and respectful manner without making me feel dismissed or unheard.

Her approach made a significant difference in what could have easily remained a frustrating experience. I truly appreciated the way she communicated with me and worked to address my concerns. Thank you, Michelle, for your professionalism, understanding, and great customer service!

I scheduled my driving test for the upcoming Tuesday. I arrived early and checked in; shortly after, the examiner arrived, asked for my documents, and we headed out for the test. I was a bit nervous and anxious, but Laurel Perry was incredibly welcoming—she put me at ease right away and was always very friendly. I felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire test. I highly recommend this place if you need to take your car driving test, and I especially recommend this instructor, Laurel—she is super attentive and friendly.

It’s a nice price for the lessons provided and the lessons really go over everything important and general information that’s really nice to know. Especially one of the teachers here, Laurel Perry is a really nice lady and very helpful
