Awesome results on carpets. Customer service was great too. The tech was on time, respectful and very careful while cleaning and afterwards too. These people are well worth the cost. We would never use anyone else.
I called them this morning as I had a carpet cleaner cancel on me last minute! I was trying to have carpets cleaned for company that was coming in from out of town and really needed to have the job done today. I was told that they could try to squeeze me in around three or 4 PM but they would try if possible to come earlier. Around 11 AM I got a call saying their technician had finished a job early and could come if that's ok. The technician was here within 10 minutes and prompt Lee looked at the house and gave me an additional quote for stairs as I was thinking about doing that. The price was reasonable and actually ended up being a little bit less than what I was expecting....read full review
