My husband’s eyes were red and itchy every day, all year. Eye drops, allergy meds, nothing worked. We thought it was outside pollen. The duct cleaning team found our returns were caked with fine dust. They said it blows out all day right at face level. After the full cleaning, his eyes were clear in 4 days. It has been 10 months and he only gets itchy eyes when he mows the lawn now. He stopped taking daily allergy pills. We had no idea the house was the problem. This fixed it.
Very satisfied with the quality of work. The technician arrived on time, inspected everything carefully, and explained the condition of the vent line before starting. They removed years of lint buildup and ensured the airflow was completely clear. Excellent attention to detail and great customer service throughout the appointment.
What stood out to me was the attention to detail and honesty. The technician didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and focused only on what was needed. The work was done carefully, and the system is now performing better than before.
