As part of getting ready to put our house on the market, we reached out to Level Engineering to get input about some cracks and settling we noticed. Steven Norton came out to survey the property and take measurements, and was extremely professional, courteous, and reassuring in his willingness to explain everything. We ended up getting a stamped report, which he delivered promptly, to state that the house is safe to occupy and that repairs weren't needed. I would highly recommend using Level Engineering (and Steven) for situations like this. Selling a house is always stressful, but their service helped to put our minds at ease.
We needed to have a structural engineer/inspector take a look at our home to ensure it didn’t have any issues with shifting or cracking before we put it on the market to sell. Steven came out and took a thorough look and reassured us that the home was structurally sound and didn’t have any issues associated with it.

Had some cracks in the ceiling we wanted looked at. Steven came out and took measurements of the whole house, went through the attic, and checked the crawl space. He took the time to educate us on the structure of our house and explained what the cracks were and more. Made it easy to understand and was extremely professional. Highly recommend.
