Good customer service still exists! Not only was he nice, he took the time to explain things to me and showed me how things work and what it takes to fix it. And the price was just right!
I recently bought a 1970's condo that revealed an emergency - water was leaking into the neighbor's property below! Kirk arrived quickly and immediately discovered the problem. He got it taken care of with minimal disruption not just to us, but also to the entire building. He even saved us the expense of repairs in the neighbor's unit. And he did this at a fair price. (Yes, I paid for emergency response, but he didn't try the upsell or charge excessively.) I highly recommend KP Plumbing!
