They do a great job on my nails. However, this is the second time I’ve gotten the wrong color (two different gals). I was the last client of the day and tired myself so I just didn’t wanna mess with it. A little more attention to specific requests would be great.

The girl that did my pedicure was very pleasant and kind. She explained the pricing beforehand, was thorough with my callus removal and wasn’t rushed. Hot Nails was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my experience there.
