I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Rossiter for sciatic pain relief with Nicole at Grace Yoga and Wellness, and I can't recommend it enough! She is a skilled practitioner that really focused on my needs, helping alleviate my pain in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

Additionally, I experienced Yamuna for my jaw pain, headaches, and sinus issues. It was transformative! I left feeling relaxed with noticeable relief from tension I didn’t realize I was carrying. Even my face looked less puffy and more symmetrical.

My partner doesn't like going to regular yoga "flow" classes and sometimes I struggle with them too because it goes so fast I don't know if I'm even doing the pose right. We do however LOVE going to Rope Wall Yoga with Nicole, and truly feel the benefits of each pose! Rope Wall Yoga helps you to postion yourself better to get into the true pose, and Nicole does an amazing job of walking you through each step. My back always feels amazing after class, especially after hanging upside down! So much fun!

Tonight, I atteneded a lovely Shamanic Sound Healing class! Have been coming for a few months now, and absolutely love it! They have many other wonderful services too including infrared sauna, biomat+bioacoustic mat, massage, energy healing, Rossiter sessions, Yamuna body rolling and Yamuna face sculpting sessions, sound healing sessions, journeys, and various weekly classes! There are multiple LLCs within Grace Yoga, each offering different services, and together make up the listed services.
