On time…. Was able to install all primary outlets needed.. did not have some materials to match other outlets…. Still have an open hole where one outlet was relocated and promised to bring a plate cover when in the area again. Overall, the installer was pleasant and hard working and tried to negotiate a lower cost for the invoice because related to the amount of time he spent here.

I recently had Andy come out and deal with a mysterious electrical outage in 1 or 2 rooms in the front of my house. This outage was affecting smoke alarms that would go off at the most inopportune times, when you're sound asleep, and then stop. Andy spent quite a bit of time going from one smoke detector to another, going in and out of the garage to my panel, checking all the breakers and finally landing on one particular outlet that may have been the problem. When a small glitch happened after his first visit, he came out a second time and replaced a breaker that had continued to trip.
