I love that Del Sol is focused on healing and wellness first and offer real medical massage work. It was a really great experience working with Catherine! I felt comfortable from the beginning and really felt heard as we discussed my health goals. The CranioSacral Massage session was a cool experience and the findings she shared with me at the end of the appointment were very thorough and honestly very encouraging! Thanks so much, Catherine!
