LaRae with Crossroads PT literally saved me from going down the long route of surgery and recovery all with PT!
In January of 2024 I came to LaRae with a shoulder injury sustained at my job as a Firefighter. I was in severe pain and discomfort couldn’t sleep and overall very frustrated. I was very limited in my rang or motion and unable to put hardly any weight over head. LaRae worked with me for 7 months and showed me to trust the process, do my PT exercises, and be patient while scaling my workouts. I had recurring pain in my elbow that wouldn't go away. I was in avoidance mode hoping it would recover with enough time and rest. Months later with no improvement, I decided to seek help. LaRae did all kinds of resistance tests and assessments to accurately determine the issue and the recovery protocol. Within a few months I am back to using my elbow like normal! Thank you LaRae for helping me!!
I am not big on writing reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience at Crossroad Physical Therapy. I had total knee replacement surgery earlier this year. I have made tremendous progress due to a large part of working with LaRae S. As a senior and someone who has worked with multiple PT's over the years, LaRae is the best. Her experience and compassion makes her a cut above the rest. If you want to put in the work and return to a normal life, you can't go wrong with making Crossroad PT part of your recovery program.
