LaRae with Crossroads PT literally saved me from going down the long route of surgery and recovery all with PT!
In January of 2024 I came to LaRae with a shoulder injury sustained at my job as a Firefighter. I was in severe pain and discomfort couldn’t sleep and overall very frustrated. I was very limited in my rang or motion and unable to put hardly any weight over head. LaRae worked with me for 7 months and showed me to trust the process, do my PT exercises, and be patient while scaling my workouts. I had recurring pain in my elbow that wouldn't go away. I was in avoidance mode hoping it would recover with enough time and rest. Months later with no improvement, I decided to seek help. LaRae did all kinds of resistance tests and assessments to accurately determine the issue and the recovery protocol. Within a few months I am back to using my elbow like normal!
