Everyone was very kind and our two kittens that we boarded seemed to have done well and came home happy and healthy. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we tried to call them a few times and left voice mails but never got a call back. We also had requested photos for updates in the middle of their boarding time and never got them and they never answered when we tried to call. The price was also very very expensive for it being only a weekend stay. Aside from the expensive price and a lack of communication they were not a bad last minute option.
They calmed the anxieties of first time pet parents boarding their furry bundles. The three dogs were already lounging in the sun before we even left!!! Super awesome staff and a beautiful facility!
We have brought our dog Riggins here for numerous stays and I have got to say this boarder has our business for life. Over the Fourth of July weekend they followed our medical treatment exactly how we said because our boy is very afraid of fireworks. They also turned the music on to help all dogs relax. Furthermore, they’ll walk your dogs on hikes. But, and this might be my favorite part, even though we requested a hike, they chose not to walk our dog because of the heat. They prioritized his health. It makes it so easy to relax on vacay knowing our dog is in good hands. Cannot recommend this place enough.
