Loved coming here but a few times now I've stopped by during business hours and they've had a "Closed, be back soon" sign taped to the window. Getting a little ridiculous. Maybe business hours need to be updated...?

Ive had some bad experience not at this location but definitely with this organization. THIS WAS DIFFERENT!! The gentleman that cut my daughters hair was professional and good at his trade. He spoke to her and made her feel like she was in control and treated her with respect and listened to her concerns and wants. Which is pretty important for 11 yr girls. Thank you.

If you go to this location Farel was amazing. I have very thin fine hair that's in the process of recovering from stress related hair loss. She took the time to listen carefully to my hair history and test a small bit of hair to make sure it could handle the processing before putting It on my head. She did everything amazingly as far as technique and customer service but the thing that really wowed me was how gentle she was with my very dry/fragile strands. She took extra time to deal with how fragile my hair is and as a result my hair came out feeling as full as it did when I went in.
