Pearl vision not only gave my husband and I 5 pairs of faulty lenses, their staff twice attempted to blame the faults on us. We gave them any chances to get things right before we gave up. After leaving a review stating such, they replied by attempting to shame me for leaving a one star. They can't comprehend that there wouldn't be a one star review if they didn't mess up five times and throw bad service on top.

Buyer beware: I've been going to this location for about 3 years, purchasing both contacts and glasses. I had previously lost a pair of glasses without their protection plan - on me. My most recent pair I explained the story and was sold on the protection plan. Unfortunately, the pair was left in a hotel on a business trip. The lady who answered the phone was unsympathetic and just said it wasn't covered, despite that being why I purchased their protection plan. I would not have purchased it had I been told losing them wouldn't be covered. Definitely feel bait and switched. Looking for a new provider at this point, unfortunately. Docs were great.

Excellent staff - knowledgeable friendly and detail oriented. They really helped us find the best options.
