This was my very first eye exam my adult life. (I have always had 20/20 up until now) that being said, I didn't know what to expect. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Hamer gave me my eye exam; he was thorough and friendly. He gave me a comprehensive exam with details I found fascinating! I highly recommend this place

I was helped by two employees. One was Dr. Shannon McClure who tested my eyes and the other one was Amy01 who helped me choose and fit frames to my new prescription. The eye exam was a great experience because the doctor gave detailed information about what was being looked at about my eyes and why. She was extremely coherent and informative. I hope I will have her again when next an eye exam comes due. Amy01 showed great patience in showing me the wealth of frames they offer. She made helpful suggestions when I asked and was highly informed about what was available.I consider her a friend now. Amy and the Dr. we're very helpful. I was there to purchase new frames and lens. My former eye Dr had prescribed a prescription. On two occasions the prescription was incorrect. Pearle Vision corrected my script and ordered new lens for me. Excellent customer service! Have been going there since it opened.! Highly recommend!
